How to get rid of redness after waxing?
I used Nars waxing strips, and I'm picky about that all the hairs are gone. So I guess I overwaxed, and now my upper lip is red, after atleast twelve hours. What do I do to calm it? My dance is today!
Use cold butter, margarine, etc, first, then ice it until you just can't anymore. After that, you might still be a little red, because it sounds like your skin was taken off and it is raw and in essence a sore on your face, so to cover it you'll have to use make-up for sensitive skin, and use it lightly, because doing it heavy will make it look worse.
