Good Skin Is A Snap With Organic And natural beauty And Skin Solutions
Many people have skin care concerns, these days. A big contributor to that trend is the huge market full of skin care products. Everywhere you look you can easily find lotions, powders, creams, makeup and more, all claiming to benefit your skin. A lot of products like that can actually create more trouble, rather than fixing existing problems, though. So, natural cosmetics are a much better option.
You could be thinking, as many others do, that traditional products have to be regulated by certain agencies. Even though they're regulated by the FDA, though, that control is very limited. The FDA does regulate them, but they regulate them the least of any other types of food and drugs that they cover.
If all of that information worries you, good. You really need to be aware of the substances that your body is exposed to, after all. That's one of the big reasons for the increase in popularity of certified organic products. They're much safer than commercial products, in general.
To give you an idea of the situation, in Europe, there are about 1,200 substances that, by law, can't be used in commercial cosmetics. That number is staggeringly smaller in the USA, though. In fact, the list is only about 10 items long. Since there are so many hazardous materials out there, that's a potentially life-threatening problem.
Organic products don't contain any of those chemicals or harsh substances, though. As long as they're properly certified, they should contain all natural ingredients. There are many regulations for organic products, even as far as the manufacturing process goes. All sorts of tests have to be passed for them to be certified.
You should, in fact, look for a BDIH certification on the products that you buy. That certification proves that third party testing facilities authorize a given product as organic. Just beware of confusing NATURAL PRODUCTS with certified organic products, since they aren't the same. Why is smoother skin so complicated?
One of the things that you need to realize, for your own safety, is that store shelves don't indicate safety. After all, store owners are usually most concerned about making money, not about public safety, and the same goes for product makers and distributors. Selling junk food, for instance, is an example of that. Bad cosmetics are worse than junk food, in some ways, because most people clearly understand the dangers of junk food, but the dangers of cosmetics are often covered up and well hidden.
That's why the reality is that you should use certified organic cosmetics, if you want to avoid many hidden dangers. That way, you won't actually damage your skin further by accidentally using the wrong products. That's the way to be healthier and happier.
